Writing and Submitting Your Honors English 9 Application Paper

Because writing is such an important component of our Honors English 9 course, students are asked to submit a writing sample based on the prompt below. A rubric is provided so that students can see ahead of time what their paper will be graded on. All students will submit their essay entries via the link below. 

Papers should be submitted no later than Friday March 11th


Students will be notified by mid-May of their acceptance status and summer reading materials will be delivered to their respective schools roughly 1 week prior to school finishing for the year.
